Michael Allen, the owner/operator of Faith Floors & More, continues the legacy of over 22 years. Building upon the achievements of Jim and Trudi Askew, Michael is dedicated to enhancing the customer experience by rejuvenating services to meet contemporary needs, while upholding cherished values.

Jon Cook
Project Manager

Jon has been a project manager with Faith Floors for 10+ years. He assists with scheduling, ordering materials, estimating, sales, and acts as a general contractor for installations. Before joining our team, Jon worked in mortgage servicing around the Dallas area. He graduated from Hardin-Simmons University and is an outdoorsman who enjoys camping and hunting.

Abbie’s job at Faith Floors is to work with you to make material selections for your project, assist with pricing, and to coordinate schedules. Based on your personal style, budget, and lifestyle, she will work with you to create your perfect space. Abbie has lived in College Station for 5 years where she is raising her six-year-old son. She loves true crime, Big Red, and trying out new recipes at home.

Alejandro Saucedo
Warehouse Manager

Alejandro Saucedo is the warehouse manager at Faith Floors, where he started off in the field at the beginning of 2021. In addition to ordering and receiving all materials, he also helps coordinate jobs and run the showroom. Alejandro moved to College Station at the end of 2020 from Los Angeles to be closer to his wife’s family where they are currently raising two wonderful boys. He enjoys In-N-Out, anime, and spending time with his family.

Dakota Stump
Project Supervisor

Dakota started as a contractor for Faith Floors and More in 2020. He since has become an integral member of the team working as a Job Superintendent and Field Crew Supervisor. Dakota is a New Mexican by birth, but a Texan by choice. He’s a family man with three small children. He is also an avid animal lover who owns multiple snakes, a lizard, and two dogs.

Gilbert Peyton

Gilbert is part of the field crew at Faith Floors. He is responsible for a variety of manual labor projects around our showroom, warehouse, and off-site. You might see him assisting Dakota with demolition, cleanup, or various handyman duties. He has three grown children and lives in Caldwell with his chunky, 12-year-old Chihuahua, Rudy.
